As a proud participant in the Illinois Supportive Living Program, Evergreen accepts Medicaid, opening the door to exceptional senior living for adults at every income level.

Executive Director
With 36 years of experience, our Executive Director leads Evergreen Senior Living with heart and purpose. She oversees daily operations while ensuring residents receive compassionate care in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment families can trust.

Community Relations Director
So you decided to join our family! They’ve probably worked with you and your family answering questions, picking out your apartment and throughout the move-in process. We also develop business relationships to promote our community. Help us out and tell someone how much you love it here!

Wellness Director
Our Wellness Director brings 43 years of nursing experience and leads our clinical team with knowledge and compassion. She works closely with physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Kelly Triplett
Administrative Services Director
With 17 years of experience in Medicaid services, our Administrative Services Director is a trusted resource for residents and families. She helps guide families through Medicaid, billing questions, and the application process with compassion, patience, and clear communication every step of the way.
Denise St. Peters
Culinary Director
Our Culinary Services Director brings 45 years of culinary services to the table. She helps foster social engagement and quality of life by planning meals, and special events that bring residents together and promotes seasonal variety, choice and satisfaction in daily dinning.
Glenn Avery
Building Service Director
Looking for help with general repairs, maintenance or hanging that picture in just the perfect spot? Our maintenance team can assist. This service area is also responsible for the cleanliness of the entire community.

Activity Director
Our Activity Director creates meaningful programs that bring residents together through exercise, games, creative arts, outings, and celebrations. By focusing on connection, purpose, and engagement, she helps support residents’ emotional, social, and cognitive well-being every day.
