What types of apartments do you offer?
Choose from our spacious studio or one-bedroom apartments, each private, thoughtfully designed, and ready to be made entirely your own.
With walk-in showers built for comfort and safety, and the freedom to bring your own furniture and décor, it will feel like home from the moment you arrive.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Pretty much everything!
Our all‑inclusive rate covers three restaurant‑style meals a day, utilities (excluding telephone), housekeeping, laundry, transportation, daily activities, medication management, nursing care, 24‑hour staff support, and personalized care services.
No hidden fees, and no surprises as needs change.
Do residents get to bring their own furniture?
Absolutely!
Apartments are unfurnished, so residents can bring their own furniture, décor, photos, and cherished belongings. We even have our building team hang pictures and help set everything up.
What kinds of activities do residents enjoy?
There is always something fun happening at Evergreen! Residents enjoy weekly live entertainment, Friday Happy Hour, painting classes, Wii bowling, balloon volleyball, bingo, Bible study, walking groups, and a monthly gratitude gathering.

Is transportation available for appointments and errands?

Our community van runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays for shopping trips, errands, and outings.
We also help coordinate medical rides on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through Madison County public transportation.
Is Evergreen Senior Living pet friendly?
We sure are!
Small pets are welcome at Evergreen as long as residents are able to care for them independently.
